PENERAPAN METODE KERJA PONDASI FOOTPLAT PADA PROYEK GEDUNG BERTINGKAT RENDAH

Abstract

The foundation is a component of the structure under the building that serves to secure and flatten the load of the building to the subgrade. The type of foundation must be selected in accordance with the soil conditions and the type of construction to be carried out. Footplate foundations are often used in buildings with low temperatures, such as school buildings, because they are relatively simple and are able to effectively regulate the load on the structure. The purpose of this journal article is to describe the method of footplat work used in the SDN 4 Slerok low-rise building construction project. The writing method used is a descriptive method with direct observation approach in the field at the time of internship activities. The discussion includes the preparation of work, ground work, installation of work floors, pembesian, formwork, concrete casting, up to the calculation of the volume of work and budget plans. The analysis shows that the footplat work of this project has been completed. The results of the analysis showed that the foundation work on this project was carried out methodically , step by step , in accordance with the working diagram and specific technical requirements that can be used to increase the stability and strength of building structures
