Abstract

This study aims to analyze the process of making radiator panels on the Legacy SR-3 XHD Prime Ultimate bus, starting from the preparation of materials to the final result of cutting using a TruLaser 3030 CNC machine, and evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of the process carried out at PT XYZ. Analysis of radiator panel manufacturing process on Legacy SR-3 xhd Prime Ultimate bus using TruLaser 3030 CNC machine at PT. Such As Bus Manufacturing. The process of sanding, cutting, and quality checking, the report reveals the advantages of CNC machines such as speed, precision, and minimal waste, as well as efficiency constraints ranging from 5% to 15%. The results of the analysis showed that the use of this machine is able to improve productivity, quality of results, and cost-effectiveness of production in the modern bus component manufacturing industry
