RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM INVENTARIS DAN PEMELIHARAAN ASET BERBASIS WEBSITE GUNA OPTIMALISASI MANAJEMEN

Abstract

This study aims to design and build a website-based asset inventory and maintenance system in the Department of Communication, Information and Statistics. This system is designed to overcome the problem of manual asset recording which is prone to errors, delays in maintenance, and management inefficiencies. The method used in the development of this system is a Waterfall model, with the stages of Needs Analysis, System design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The results of the study show that the system developed is able to increase the effectiveness and efficiency in recording, managing, and maintaining assets digitally, as well as providing convenience in Budget Monitoring and maintenance reporting
