ANALISIS WEB SRIKANDI UNTUK ADMINISTRASI SURAT DAN ARSIP

Abstract

Digital transformation in public services encourages the application of Integrated Information Technology, one of which is the application of integrated dynamic archival information system (SRIKANDI). This study aims to analyze the use of web heroine in the administrative management of letters and Archives in the secretariat of Parliament . The method used is descriptive qualitative observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the SRIKANDI application improves work efficiency and ease of document search. However, limited training and infrastructure are still an obstacle. Increased socialization, regular training, as well as technological support for system optimization are required
