Health facility construction projects are highly complex, especially when carried out in a hospital environment that is still operating with very limited work areas (confined sites). This study aims to analyze the construction management strategies applied to the Standard Inpatient Building Construction Project (KRIS) and the Cytotoxic Room at Brebes Regional General Hospital. The research method used field observation and descriptive analysis of site layout management, logistics, and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). The study results show that the constraints of limited land and single access were overcome through three main strategies: (1) Implementation of the Just In Time (JIT) method to minimize material accumulation; (2) Substitution of Tower Cranes with manual mechanical lifting equipment (Chain Block) integrated with vertical material arrangement; and (3) Implementation of OSH protocols based on Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) through the use of solid hoarding and regulation of noisy working hours. This strategy has proven effective in maintaining the productivity of the upper structure work and mitigating the risk of disruption to medical operations
