ANALISIS DAMPAK KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA (K3) TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS TENAGA KERJA PADA PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN

Abstract

In development projects that have a high risk of occupational accidents, Occupational Safety and health (K3) is an important component. Effective implementation of K3 has an impact on work productivity in addition to protecting employees from potential risks. The purpose of this study was to examine how work productivity is affected by the application of Occupational Safety and health (K3) in the SMP Negeri 3 Taman development project, Pemalang Regency. Interviews, documentation studies, and field observations during the application of field work practices (PKL) are part of the qualitative descriptive research methodology. The findings of the study showed that increasing worker productivity had a positive impact on the effective implementation of K3, which includes the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), work supervision, and the use of standard work procedures. A safe and healthy workplace can lower the likelihood of workplace accidents, improve comfort, and increase employees ' willingness to complete tasks on time.
