ANALISIS KERUSAKAN DAN PERAWATAN PREVENTIF PERBAIKAN SOLENOID BRAKE (REM) HOIST CRANE DI PT.DHJ

Abstract

Solenoid brake on hoist crane has an important role in the braking system to withstand the load of material lifted by hoist crane. Damage to these components can cause reduced operating performance, increase downtime, and pose a risk of workplace accidents. This study analyzes the causes of damage, repair steps, and preventive maintenance strategies on solenoid brake hoist crane at PT. DHJ. Through direct observation and literature study, the main factors causing damage such as overload, lack of lubrication, selection of unsuitable materials, dust contamination, and overheating were found. The study also formulated standard repair procedures (sops) and preventive maintenance strategies to improve operational reliability and safety
