ANALISIS WEB EMIS DALAM PELAYANAN SEKSI PENDIDIKAN MADRASAH

Abstract

The shift towards the digital era in the management of education governance requires the availability of reliable and well-integrated information systems. This study aims to assess the extent to which the effectiveness of the application of Web Education Management Information System (EMIS) in supporting administrative services in the Madrasah Education section of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office of Brebes regency. By using a qualitative approach through a series of data collection methods in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation, this study reveals that Web EMIS proved to be able to improve efficiency and transparency in the management of institutional data, student data, educator data, and allowance management significantly. More than that, this system also acts as an important instrument that supports the decision-making process based on data. However, a number of structural challenges still need serious attention, including the limited competence of operators, constraints on the infrastructure side, and the lack of optimal integration between existing systems. Therefore, efforts to optimize the EMIS Web through increasing human resource capacity, adequate infrastructure fulfillment, and policy alignment between institutions are strategic steps that need to be realized immediately in order to build a modern, accountable, and sustainable madrasah Education Ecosystem
